Workout Schedule
We have various coached group workouts every week. A typical weekly coached schedule consists of:
· Monday evening group bike rides
· Tuesday morning & evening swims
· Wednesday trail runs or Track
· Thursday evening group bike rides for upper level bikers and evening swims
· Friday morning swim
· Saturday morning bricks, open water swims, long bike rides and/or run
